  • Thank you for stopping by! I believe photography captures the essence of love: an emotion, a memory, a moment in time that might easily be forgotten-- but isn't. The way I capture a photo isn't necessarily conventional... but that's what makes me- me! I'd love to meet, chat, have some chai and sit in an old coffee shop. If that sounds like you, check out some of the images and lets get together!

Brianna + Jared

I absolutely loved my little weekend retreat with Brianna and Jared!

The best part of my job is being able to keep my clients as friends– and they’re definitely keepers!

Friday Brianna and I spent hours chatting at a coffee shop over dresses, shoes and her incredibly romantic fiancee.

Saturday, we let him join us for their shoot:)He was just as fun as she described!

We walked down River Street in Savannah for a lot of the shots, but also ended up in some of the squares and their favorite pizza shop, Sweet Melissa’s.

Here’s a sneak peak of their Engagement Photos!

I LOVE the picture with them and the man on the sax in the background… you can sense the romance.
Great eye Danielle!

Sarah + Kyle

Think Pride and Prejudice meets Cinderella and you would have the perfect setting for Sarah & Kyle’s wedding.

Tucker Plantation is the romantic bride’s dream. Fifteen minutes outside of Athens, this 1800’s barn-turned-wedding-venue rang its bells for a sweet love story on Sunday afternoon.

Victoriya, my assistant, spent the day with the guys… who were extremely funny from the stories I heard on our hour long ride back to Atlanta.. (we won’t tell ;)ha ha

And I had the privilege of following Sarah’s every step. From make-up to the sparkler-lit exit, Sarah glowed.

She is why I love what I do.

She wasn’t the only one who had tears coming down as her mom fastened the buttons on her wedding dress and she looked in the mirror, whispering through tears, “(gasp) I’m getting married.”

…Or seconds later when she opened the door to see her dad’s face as he prepared to give his last daughter away.

I loved this wedding… everything about it.

It started with “once upon a time” ….and will end with “they lived happily ever after.”

Here are my favorites from the day.

One man’s junk is another man’s treasure

Today was so much fun!

My new helper, Justin, came along for the the shoot with Emily… and where exactly did we shoot?

A JuNkYaRd! Yes it’s true.

I got lost one day(which happens quite often) and stumbled across this fabulous place!

Here are a few of my favorites from the day… Emily was so fun to work with!

Beautiful job.

One Town, One Goal

I love when a good plan comes together!

Today,  while the cricket world cup was being played, hundreds of volunteers from the city of Griffin gathered together with one goal : To rehabilitate the downtown area.

One Town, One Goal was founded in 2008 and has strategically improved different areas of our historical downtown each year!

Many different organizations gathered to make this year special….

Event Sponsors:

Journey Church , Kiwanis, Habitat for Humanity, Rising Star Missionary Baptist, Spalding High ROTC, …. and MANY more

Here are some of my favorite pictures of the work day!

I am just now hearing about this! Our company has been looking for a something local that we can volunteer for, and bring our team with us.

Would love to know more, or be pointed in the right direction to find more info!

Hi Bridget! The one town one goal happens every year. It would be great for your company to get involved! I’ve give your information to the project coordinator, Vicki Hyatt! :)

Ry & Drew

We had so much doing these head shots!

I think Ry & Drew were overly excited since their friends (see the last 3  portraits) have  gotten cast in great films and mini series! …. soooo much talent here!!

Good luck you two! I know you will be amazing!

A sweet love story.

I absolutely loved the weekend in Kansas City with Leasa and Randy!

Wondering why her wedding dress is different? She lived in India more than 15 years!

Such a sweet couple with a beautiful love story.

This was amazing.... completely handcrafted in India

Shoot 4 Freedom Premier

I was overwhelmed by the love and support of my hometown community in the premier of Tonight.

We raised about $2000, had 5 volunteers sign up to get involved, 3 people commit to child sponsorship and countless others who were made aware of trafficking for the 1st time.

Aaron Penton and his jazz band “ooed and awed” all of us, while Josh Blake’s poetry matched with my photos, made everyone take a deeper look into what victims may be feeling.

I am so thankful to the people at Journey who let us use their building! Isn’t it beautiful??

And of course to our main sponsor, Dr. Sarmiento with  Georgia Cancer Specialists!

Want to get involved?? Still looking for college students wanting to host these types of events! Contact me!
